You Can Contact For Return Authorization (RMA) if the item is defective |
1)
If you see 30 Days DOA Warranty logo in the auction page: If the
used item that you have received is defective,
you should contact us within 5 days after delivery of the merchandise and report
the problem to us to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A
close-up picture and a detailed report of the problem will be required for
issuing an RMA number in some cases. The RMA number will be valid for 10 days
only and the merchandise must be returned within the 30 days warranty period. We
will replace the defective item for you if a replacement is available. If the
replacement is not available a PayPal refund (including original shipping) will
be issued or we may choose to send a company check in some cases.

Note:
Calibration Issues, Software codes, Passwords, Licenses, BIOS
upgrades or any software issues, batteries and any perishable items are not covered by our DOA warranty as we are
selling hardware only.

Returned items must not have any signs
of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt
before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and compare them with recorded
serial numbers.

Merchandise should be carefully packed
and shipped via traceable means.

Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement
service will be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for all return
shipping charges unless there is a mistake from our side.

If the merchandise is not received while
we have provided a tracking number, please contact us to file a claim with the
carrier.
If you change your mind for any reasons like wrong bids, emergency cases,
incompatibility etc., you will be required to pay a 15%
restocking fee to cover the costs of listing, labor and devaluation of
the item. Also a courtesy positive feedback should be left before we cancel the
auction.

Freight Damages: If the package you have
received has been damaged during shipping and the box is deformed because of any
mishandling, moisture etc., you should keep the package and contact us so that
we can file a claim with carrier and request them to inspect the package.
Note: A refund will be available as soon as the carrier accepts to
cover the damages.

leave a positive feedback for you upon shipping of your items. If you are
satisfied with your transaction, please leave a positive feedback for us. It is
very important for us that you leave a 5 star DSR rating so that we can improve
our customer service.
