The included SQL patch includes all necessary settings for the template admin cusotmization interface and all of the admin settings needed to make the template look like the demo.
In your Zen Cart admin go to Tools-> Install SQL Patches
Click on the "browse" or "choose file" button to select the abbington_mega_patch.sql file from your computer, and click on the "upload" button.
